1. Introduction

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

IMPORTANT: This Store sells tobacco-related accessories including rolling papers, grinders, smoking pouches, and related products.

  • This Store is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or above only, as required under COTPA and applicable Indian laws.
    By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service if there is reasonable suspicion that the buyer is a minor.
  • Upon delivery, our logistics partner may request government-issued age proof (Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence). If the recipient fails to provide valid age proof, the order will be returned to us.
  • We shall not be held liable for any misrepresentation of age by the buyer at the time of purchase.

3. Products Sold

Our Store sells smoking accessories and related products, including but not limited to rolling papers and rolls, grinders, tobacco pouches and accessories, filters, tips, and other smoking paraphernalia.

All product listings, descriptions, and prices displayed on our Store are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Order Placement and Contract of Sale

Placing an order on our Store constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). The contract of sale is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation via email or SMS.

  • If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the appropriate Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or to courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
