Returns
- You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale/discounted items (if applicable)
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange, contact us with photos of the product.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.
